This page is dedicated to dogs we've started campaigning and haven't finished ... their stories below.

'TYLA'
Marland Captiv Audience

Aust/Am Ch Nanis N Greydove Milenium Bug (Imp USA) X Aust Ch Yland Secrets Nlies ET
 Jan 9th 2001 ~ June 21st 2013

Graded VERY GOOD - 2nd Weimaraner nationals 2001
TYLA was a lovely bitch who was over half way to her Aust Ch title when she injured a shoulder chasing after a rabbit! Her title will remain incomplete but her results still include Multi class wins and Multi Bitch CC wins with majors under International judges who appreciated her smaller style. She also gained two passes towards her Tracking title.  I held her when she was born and I held her when we said goodbye on 21.6.2013 - we had so many wonderful times together.

She is a NOVA daughter and is the dam of COCO (seen on Champions page).

'INDY'
Marland Come In Spinner

Aust/Am Ch Nanis N Greydove Milenium Bug (Imp USA) X Aust Ch Yland Secrets Nlies ET
whelped - Jan 9th 2001     died Dec 2009

Graded VERY GOOD - 2nd Weimaraner nationals 2001
INDY was loved by Sally and Brett - Sally and I showed Indy several times and he got about 1/4 of the way to his title but we just didn't continue. He was a strong, well muscled dog who took several BOB's.  Sadly Indy died in 2009 after a bone perforated his bowel.

'HUGO'
Marland Deziners Label

Yland Viva Valentino X Marland Captiv Audience
whelped - Feb 2nd 2003
HUGO is a big softy who did not enjoy the ring at all - when his owner moved inter-state he enjoyed his days with his Hungarian Viszla companion Pebbles and was spoilt and adored by his owner Carol.  Hugo passed away in 2014.

'ASH'

Lukedom For Your Eyez Only

whelped 27/10/2010

ASH is owned by the Marx family who previously had SHADO - Aust Ch Marland Chipf Thol Bloc.

Marland Kennels campaigned Ash while he was young and he was well on his way to his championship title

when surgery to his handler's hip put a halt to showing at the time!

Ash is a marvellous family companion and a great example of the breed.
